“Joe did an outstanding job building our new home back in 2012/13. Initially we were worried about the amount of time project management, etc. would take for the house, but Joe made it look easy. He kept us updated on progress and ensured we had plenty of time to plan for the next stage of the build. Joe has a very high standard and attention to detail, and ensured that everything was completed to an excellent level. We have now been in the house for 7 years and are still very happy with the build quality.”

“We have faced extreme difficulty on how to build our house. Big companies offered good price but low quality and rigid inflexible designs. Private builders offered expensive quotes and no price guarantees. Till we met Mr. Atalla from design and build. He was extremely patient, professional and above all he was honest. A true gentleman and a man of great quality. A very good build so far and unbeatable prices. Highly recommended!”

“When moving through our new extension, we continue to admire the quality of the finish of all aspects of the project ranging from the deep lustre of the painted architraves and skirting boards to the faithful reproduction of the original 1930's period doors and the sheen of the new ceiling-to- floor fitted wardrobes and cupboards to the use of old bricks and mortar which perfectly tie in the new extension to the original house . The visible legacy of Precision Tech's attention to detail and commitment to quality also serve as a reminder of the professional management and timely progress of the project. The site boss, was always first on the job to ensure that incoming components were properly stored. He also took responsibility for rubbish removal and site housekeeping. Chris Lang was either always on site or readily available to address any issue, not that there were many. All of Precision Tech's tradesmen and sub-contractors were mature and worked hard and diligently. We never had any issues with litter or noise or bad language. Quite frankly. we had a wonderful experience with the progress of our project. Since completion, we have had absolutely no matters requiring rework or rectification. We love our extension. It cost what Chris said it would cost. +Thank you Chris.”
