What an asset to the company, he is kind and friendly, not pushy at all and so helpful. Nothing is ever too much for him. And he follows up with everything.
Next is the back office team in particular Nikki Lennon and Angela Black. I have asked them both so many questions and they never got irritable with me and they explained everything to me in a language I could understand.
And lastly, Mark, the site supervisor, he is as friendly as the rest and phones me every week to let me know how the construction is going. (A very nice touch)

A slow start to construction was remedied with a completion date occurring several months in advance of the anticipated end date. All trade personnel working on our project were polite, helpful and respectful. Again any issues were resolved readily.
