“Led by two young carpenters, Jedabuild provided us with a total building solution. We engaged them to renovate a 1920's building and we encountered several unexpected obstacles. No matter what they were faced with, they came up with a workable solution and embraced the changes with a great attitude. We were left with a fantastic result! Jeremy and Dan, and their team, take great pride in their work. They turn up when they say they will and communicate very well. We enjoy working with them, and have since used them on another project.”

“We planned a major renovation for our terrace in Paddington and Pat and his team did an excellent job executing the renovation to plan. Working hard to meet tight deadlines (the arrival of a new baby and in-laws) which is always one of the headaches with any major project. The quality of work was excellent and I have recommended P.Built to family and friends numerous times. We ultimately sold the house and one of the key selling points was the craftsmanship and creativity of the build in what’s a relatively small space. Pat went above and beyond on quality and finishes and the house was turned from a run-down terrace to an executive residence. During the build, Pat would keep us up-dated with photos which I thought was a good touch. He was also personally available to discuss concerns and help me finalise the certification and occupancy certificate that was not his responsibility in my case. While inner-city, our house was in quite a close-knit community and the neighbours would often comment on what nice guys we had working at the house. Apparently, at one point one of them brought the old lady across the street a pot plant with flowers.”

“We were introduced to our builder DACH Constructions by the designer of our building project Jay Ukalovic, and we are grateful for that introduction. We found the team at DACH to be excellent at every level. Right from day one we had clear communication with proprietors Chris and Danny and their staff either in the office or working on the project. Every step was thought through and communicated and any surprises along the way were deal with efficiently and professionally. We found that through the various stages of construction all members of the team were courteous and efficient and a pleasure to deal with. They took pride in their work and the end result was evidence of this. We are extremely pleased with the final result and have no hesitation in recommending them. “Before I built my house I went to the larger recognised builders - McDonald Jones, Masterton, Eden Brae etc. I was extremely disappointed and ripped off by a few: eg we got an estimated price and were happy to pay $750 and $990 for the "fixed price tender" only for them to say they couldn't build on our block. So we went to Tony Williams Designer Homes. It was so easy, Tony was great to deal with, know's his stuff, has a great team in the office, keeps his overheads down, manages the process and is hand's on. Our house was built very quickly and we're very pleased with the result. Tony and his team did a fantastic job.”
