“We planned a major renovation for our terrace in Paddington and Pat and his team did an excellent job executing the renovation to plan. Working hard to meet tight deadlines (the arrival of a new baby and in-laws) which is always one of the headaches with any major project. The quality of work was excellent and I have recommended P.Built to family and friends numerous times. We ultimately sold the house and one of the key selling points was the craftsmanship and creativity of the build in what’s a relatively small space. Pat went above and beyond on quality and finishes and the house was turned from a run-down terrace to an executive residence. During the build, Pat would keep us up-dated with photos which I thought was a good touch. He was also personally available to discuss concerns and help me finalise the certification and occupancy certificate that was not his responsibility in my case. While inner-city, our house was in quite a close-knit community and the neighbours would often comment on what nice guys we had working at the house. Apparently, at one point one of them brought the old lady across the street a pot plant with flowers.”

“We were introduced to our builder DACH Constructions by the designer of our building project Jay Ukalovic, and we are grateful for that introduction. We found the team at DACH to be excellent at every level. Right from day one we had clear communication with proprietors Chris and Danny and their staff either in the office or working on the project. Every step was thought through and communicated and any surprises along the way were deal with efficiently and professionally. We found that through the various stages of construction all members of the team were courteous and efficient and a pleasure to deal with. They took pride in their work and the end result was evidence of this. We are extremely pleased with the final result and have no hesitation in recommending them.
