“We planned a major renovation for our terrace in Paddington and Pat and his team did an excellent job executing the renovation to plan. Working hard to meet tight deadlines (the arrival of a new baby and in-laws) which is always one of the headaches with any major project. The quality of work was excellent and I have recommended P.Built to family and friends numerous times. We ultimately sold the house and one of the key selling points was the craftsmanship and creativity of the build in what’s a relatively small space. Pat went above and beyond on quality and finishes and the house was turned from a run-down terrace to an executive residence. During the build, Pat would keep us up-dated with photos which I thought was a good touch. He was also personally available to discuss concerns and help me finalise the certification and occupancy certificate that was not his responsibility in my case. While inner-city, our house was in quite a close-knit community and the neighbours would often comment on what nice guys we had working at the house. “I hired Crearter Constructions for a major renovation project in late 2016. From the first point of contact the service has been exceptional. Braden, the owner, spent a great deal of time and effort compiling a quote, to the point that a number of his tradespeople viewed the house in advance of the quote to ensure that the costings were accurate. The quotes we received from other builders were made after a short visit to the house and were ball-park figures of that the build might cost.. Braden's quote was extremely detailed and it was easy to see exactly what we were paying for. The build started on time (the job before ours finished exactly when it was supposed to) and moved at an amazing speed. “After waiting for a number of years to finally replace our front window we were exceptionally lucky to find Charles Bleyer Constructions in our local paper, The Manly Daily. Charles worked with us to decide on the most appropriate window, ordered the window from Stegbar, ensuring that it would be customised to fit our existing window size/shape. During the ordering and manufacturing of the window, Charles extracted our existing window, quite a task given there were many individual panels of glass to be removed from a relatively high window frame. No glass was broken, all waste materials were placed in their work trailer, the site cleaned and the window area covered appropriately until delivery of the window. Charles kindly took delivery of the window in our absence and the installation of the window. His detail to all the tasks involved was very much appreciated along with the cleanliness of the site. The window looks great, is very functional with great louvers on each side to provide lots of air flow. Now with the window looking so good, we are keen to do more and if we do we would definitely ask Charles and his team to be involved.
