“Mario Tascone and his team designed the house that we are currently building. We went to him with a concept of what we wanted to achieve with the block that we had, and he developed our concept through several iterations to the final design. He then prepared all of the working drawings required for building approvals and for actual construction. We were very happy with the service provided by Mario and his team, if we challenged aspects of the design he was not defensive, but instead listened and took our comments into consideration for the next iteration of the design. We would have no hesitations in recommending the Tascone Design Team to anyone looking for a home designer.”

“We stumbled upon Arcologic Design by chance and we are so grateful that we did. After our first meeting with John Damant we knew we had the perfect architect for our difficult and challenging project. John was able to take the ideas we had in our heads, create a design that included everything on our wish list and then added in his touch (the real WOW factor) which resulted in a beautiful home. The canvas we gave John was a small steep sloping inner city block with amazing views. The brief included a heavy reliance on natural products, a low carbon footprint, a rain water tank and no air conditioning. Remarkably John was able to achieve this and within budget. Throughout the project John has been there to help and guide us. His instinct is uncanny and his professionalism exemplary. We highly recommend John Damant and Arcologic Design. Without them our dream home would still be just that - a dream.”

“Daniel Lomma has designed 5 houses for the Canci Family and each of them have been designed with excellence. The latest thinking in house design together with contempary fixtures resulted in the family's expectations being surpassed every time. Daniel made himself available from start to finish and delivered a truly bespoke product. The detail and quality of the drawings resulted in a seamless construction program which saved us time and money. We highly recommend Daniel and his drafting and design services.”

“Richard designed for us an extension to our 1917 weatherboard house. This incorporated an open plan living, dining and kitchen area which opens out to an alfresco area. Richard created an extension with the "wow" factor incorporating into the design some unusual features that were part of the brief. Richard is a passionate and creative designer who is solution focused. He was diligent, observant and considered in his role and we felt very supported by him throughout the whole build. We particularly enjoyed the "topping out" celebration he arranged for us and the building team when the last beam was placed in the roof. Thanks so much Richard for all your help with this project”

“We have found Scott @ Blend Design very easy to deal with despite the geographic distance. He has some great software tools that allow us to log in from our PC & go through our plans & updates over the internet. He has always been available to meet with us when we went to Perth even on weekends & after hours. Scott has a very keen attention to detail & brought together the plan we had in our mind & put it on paper, with a lot of great practical ideas. We have found him to be extremely personable & professional at all times & understanding or our personal & family needs. He has been great working towards our prescribed budget & has made a lot of effort to keep the project ticking along as we have a lot going on in our lives so it was easy to get off track & lose time. We have no hesitation in recommending him to prospective clients & hope to work with him again in the future.”

“We were planning on selecting a pre-designed plan from a reputable Perth builder to place on our block. Pretty standard 4x2, with a pool out the back. My wife and I engaged with Sarandy to design us something based on our lifestyle, and boy was this the best decision we made! He challenged our thinking and proposed a “courtyard” design, which essentially placed the pool at the side of the house in order to maximise the sunlight we see. We are very happy with our design and are just about to kick off the build in South Perth. Thank you Sarandy!”

“We were looking for a professional design agency to work with us on a substantial second storey addition in our family home. The key thing for us was being able to work alongside the design team rather than just being given a set of drawings. It was also essential that the design blended in to give a 'built from scratch' look rather than a 'bolt on' second storey that seems common in WA. From our initial meeting with the team we were hugely impressed with how they listened to what we wanted and helped to nurture our idea into a concept and eventually construction drawings for planning submission. We did make some changes along the way, and there was never a grumble or the impression that it was too much effort to make minor changes. We've also been handheld through the planning process and put in touch with some building professionals to help us make the plans into a reality. All in all, we can't praise The Design Mill enough.”
