Help! Need entrance ideas!! :)
Comments (15)Hi Emma! Megan from Bluethumb online art gallery here. I agree with what a few people have said already about using an artwork that reflects light, either by framing it behind glass or using metallic materials on a canvas. Birds are really trending at the moment! https://bluethumb.com.au/becbartell/Artwork/black-sunrise This piece uses gold leaf to create a reflective background. https://bluethumb.com.au/sally-browne/Artwork/cockatiel-forest Sally Browne's work is very popular, and looks great behind a frame. It's also predominantly white, which will keep the space feeling open and airy. Alternatively, a bold pop of colour will keep the space feeling alive https://bluethumb.com.au/lilynova/Artwork/abundance-of-the-heart https://bluethumb.com.au/penelopeoatesart/Artwork/landscape-narratives Let me know if you'd like any more suggestions! Cheers, Megan...See MoreNo foyer entry ideas please
Comments (12)Ignore what I said in my previous post. The photo you posted explains everything better. Install a hall coat stand where your lamp is. And yes a sheer curtain would be okay. If you change the swing of the door, it would cause issues in trying to get into the hallway. Or you could install an actual door at hallway....See Moreideas for entrance decoration, please
Comments (4)Hi, in keeping with your African statues, I would add a more textured rug, some beautiful baskets, instead of mirror a fabric wall art and a beautiful basket for your plant, this will tie it all together.... gorgeous...See MoreNeed ideas for the empty space in entry - living area
Comments (7)Console table behind lounge would be wonderful, as per Julies photos above. But even at the moment from your photos I think it looks wonderful with the pieces you already have in that space. My suggestion would be to remove the small bookcase, as it is cluttered with random things and doesn’t look good in the space. Replace with a small shoe storage bench. An artwork on the brick wall above your lovely single chair, would break up the dark brick wall. Hang the mirror above the new storage ottoman, if you are able to. If you are not renting....See MoreCarol
