Mirror doors can be function over style so not specifically a trend option. If the room over all is a quite on trend then the reflection will be a picture worth replicating or add wallpaper for a fun feature or even keep to simple and the same colour as your walls as to not highlight the doors.....a few options there, that may work for you.

Diane..you sound so much like me...even down to the .."it doesn't have a style yet"...I have a similar wardrobe and was thinking the exact same thing on the weekend? ie. what can I do to it to not have a dark timber wardrobe in my room...although mine got wet when i moved it and now some of the veneer is peeling off, so it really needs help....I had only considered wallpaper or painting (after veneer taken off altogether which may wreck it)....i will be interested in seeing what you do with it... Maybe the fact that you room doesn't have a style yet, means that you should do something to the wardrobe that lends itself to a classic style or is a fairly blank canvas, so that you can add the style later with art and bedspreads, bedside lamps etc....(I have no design sense at all, but just thought it may be a way to do something now and not have to decide on a particular style yet)

Hi Jodie, I think if you have good ventilation in both your ensuite & WIR, it should help to lessen that problem. Do you have any mechanical ventilation in the ensuite as well? Might be worth considering sliding doors on your robes to help minimize moisture - along with protecting your clothes from fading from sun light pouring in the WIR window.

print out some large copies of your photos and draw in the handles and knobs in various combinations to compare the look...vertical handles on the doors and horizontal on the drawers or knobs on everything or knobs on the doors and horizontal handles on the drawers or..??...as you already understand there are so many variations so try the pictures and post a few variations for a poll?
