What do you need the room to be for you? Second living, main tv etc. Can you post a floor plan sketch? I'd start by fresh paint. Not white because of your sofa. Some of the room looks traditionally but your furniture is quite modern. And some new lighting.

imo the biggest challenge/cost would be removing all those big solid walls, changing doors and windows and repairing ceilings and not the extra plumbing (new bathrooms and kitchen cabinets, fixtures and appliances cost the same regardless of the extra few metres of pipes) and a new location can make the most of the available space but it can sometimes be more cost effective to add an extension rather than attempting to squeeze too much into an existing building but you need an engineer, builder and plumber to give expert advice on site ... better not to assume that one option is better than another but collect a variety of ideas and ask for quotes to compare actual prices but do you have a realistic budget? i would expect to pay at least $50,000 for a modest new kitchen and bathroom in the same locations before removing any walls or adding an extra bathroom and new laundry and the combined ens/wiw is too small and would be better to have a good sized ensuite with biw and there's not enough space for a bigger island without compromising space in the family dining area...there are so many different options but we need more info...are there any good or bad views, what is the length and width of the block, is there a garage, is there car access into the back yard, what is the distance from the house to each boundary, describe your climate, where is north on the plans, how many steps are there from the back and front doors to the ground, does the block slope and in which direction, how much headroom is under the house and in the roof space...is there any potential for an upstairs, downstairs or an extension into the backyard?

To be blunt -- the room isn't really big enough ! So you have to sort out priorities , and space . You have a dining table , and a computer desk . Can you get rid of the computer desk , by having your computer tower mounted behind the couch or similar , and a wireless keyboard and mouse that you can use on the dining table ? Mount the monitor on a wall , or if you don't need in depth graphics , I understand you can use your TV ( I've heard something about the 'refresh rate' is less on a TV ? ) . Maybe even have a monitor but also the option of using your TV ? Could you use a 'breakfast bar' , probably where the computer desk is now , I know its not sociable all staring at a wall , but it would/could serve as a brakfast bar and computer workstation . Could you get rid of the dining table and chairs , and have a large coffee table , or 2 smaller ones , and eat 'casually' ( my polite way of saying eat sitting on the couch ) ? Even mounting the TV on the wall will let you get rid of the cabinet , but I gather you have gaming consoles in there ? And the present arrangement with the pot plants uses some space -- maybe some shelves with them on will still retain the plants but free up floor space ? Just some thoughts off the top of my head .

The present layout sort of works , but the fact you sort of have a hallway through the middle is fairly inefficient . I suspect I'd put your TV on a cabinet , just in front of the sunroom wall . Why I say that is because my gut feeling is most noise will transfer through ( or under or around ) the glass doors , not the wall itself . If you have the TV over the other side of the room ( the wall closest the front door etc ) the sound may even carry directly across the room , whereas 'pointing back' from that wall may actually get less transference . That means you can use the whole lounge , people can walk through , but around furniture if need be -- a couple of chairs along what is presently the 'hall' if needed/desired , for example . If there is still too much noise ( remember not all BNB guests are mute mouses too ! ) , depending on how often it gets used and whether you also use it too , you might have to consider removing the doors , and framing and walling the cavity .
