Hi Sue, I think it would look amazing if you used some tiles with a bit of texture. The wood look tiles that are popular at the moment would be an example. If you chose a colour that toned in with your floor you would get a really nice cohesive look but with a bit of interest. I've attached a photo of a recent design of mine as an example. Just a suggestion!

There's nothing in the house to compare the colour to...there's just cement on the ground at the moment....roof has just been put on, it's really really hard..and I only have 1 tile to work with...All the windows are covered up due to the gyprock getting put in...so there's not a lot off light coming in at the moment...Sky lights haven't been installed yet. I just messaged DULUX AUSTRALIA on facebook earlier today...and they told me that tranquil retreat is more of a warmer colour....So I'm getting all different answers from different people...this truly is a hard decision!!!

Can I suggest that as most of your proposed project comes under the umbrella of landscaping that you consult an experienced landscape designer in the first instance. Someone who is experienced with pools and outdoor rooms. Also someone who has a network of other professionals that they work with such as pool builders, architect or architectural designer and engineers that may be necessary for the permits and build once the overall conceptual design is realized. All of your wish list will need to flow together and be cohesive to function well and a good designer will be able to work with your design brief and guide you through this first stage which is critical if you intent to carry the work out in stages. You are going to run into trouble if you go with a white or off-white as they won't go with your other whites, and be difficult to keep clean. I would use the dark grey vein in your Caesarstone as a starting point to match with your new floor tiles. The same floor tiles could also be used as a laundry splashback.
