Very interesting and brave addition. Did a similar design for a friend of mine who decided to be an owner builder and these are his comments and a photo he sent me.

Because some one designed a ' holiday house on steroids ' we didn't have time. What was to be finished in 6 months, that took 18 months, what was to be a walk in the park, turned out to be a iron man contest, what was to be a simple little extension seems to have turned into something quite MAJOR (excuse the pun). Well that's according to my calculation - probably not yours Ed. Absolutely delighted with the end result. Look forward to having you both down for a night shortly, if you are up to it"
