I have not seen sink grids before - is this what you mean? If it was 1 inch too small all around, i think it would shuffle a bit but it is unlikely you would notice it much. And if it didn't have some gap, it would scrape as you took it in and out. Hope this helps!

Hmm, 200mm diameter is about the size of a side plate, 300mm dinner plate and after a quick look at a few sink brands (eg Clark they seem to all be closer to 400mm). I have a white double sink - one sink is mostly ok (just some scratch marks) but the one that is used most is yellow. I clean it with a Magic Eraser every week which helps - but it still has a yellow tinge no matter how hard I scrub. It's an old sink - but there are plenty of stainless steel sinks that are older and still look fine - so I wouldn't recommend white. Hope that helps :)

Thanks for the input! do you think that subway or 6x6 tiles would be better in the shower? Im not sure why but i was thinking that the 6x6 might be more consistent with the style of the basin. Dark blue or light blue for the accent tile in niche? Its a VERY small bathroom which was why I was leaning towards white floor. Trying to make it feel bigger. But maybe thats an error. This is the floor tile that I was considering. Too busy? I have to admit I like the dark blue tile of the last photo that Dreamer posted alot but was worried that a dark color would not work in a small space.
