There are so many hilarious signs now, but I resist them as I feel they cease to be funny after the first dozen readings. They are also just a bit too trendy for my taste. I do however have two signs that were both given to me. The one in my entrance reads - "Life is like a camera. Just focus on what's important and capture the good times, develop from the negatives and if things don't work out, just take another shot". The one on my desk sums me up - "I wish my mouth had a backspace key".

We have a collage of 19 prints, originals and photos on our space of about 7 metres width. There's a mix of canvas prints, black frames and champagne (not gold or silver but somewhere in between!) it sounds like it could be bloody awful but in the reality of things it looks great! Only two sets of canvas prints are the same size, two smaller B/W old photos while the other two are larger coloured ones. Some are landscape while the rest are portrait shape, bigger and smaller they all work together to make one oversize grouping which was not planned but plonked according to instinct ;-)

Hi bigreader....sorry the only picture I managed to post originally wasn't that clear. Yes hogs bristle half does tie in pretty well, its a very light creamy brown colour....I've attached more photos showing all the colours of everything. All the choices we've made are kinda copied of the Metricon, Lincoln house so we do know they all work well together - only issue is we can't/don't want to do wooden windows as done in the display home, as we live in the hills in SA so they will be getting very exposed to the elements- so not a good option, hence the issue with choosing the window colour frame as we're not sure if we should try and make them a stand out even though their just cheap aluminum ones or if we should blend them in to the wall colour. So your thoughts are appreciated...

Hi Adele, I decided to roll with them and work the colours around them to draw attention away from the primrose. I’m so happy with the result. We painted the walls Dulux natural white and added new roller blinds in all areas with a view. We installed white shutters on all side windows of the house as they have no view. The shutters of course completely hide the primrose. The dulux natural white paint gave us the beautiful white look we wanted whilst also being a warm enough colour not to clash or highlight the yellow tint of the primrose. We installed a white kitchen and white shutter in the kitchen(no view on this side) We installed new flooring, it has a slight warmth without being yellow. Quantum 5mm Vinyl plank longboard colour Malmo (Choices Flooring) We don’t even notice the primrose anymore. I will attach some photos
