Fixing up bad quality caulking

I have just had my small bathroom professionally resurfaced (wall tiles & bath). The company I chose I did lots of research on, although the outcome has left me pretty disappointed. I'm not prepared to have them return to fix anything due to quality of work & taking 11 days to finish a small 3 day job (with their representative/franchisee continuously cancelling on me).

Any advice on how I may be able to fix up very poor quality caulking (hope I've used the right word) and other product they've over sprayed in numerous areas.

Quality of caulking that has unfortunately been used on top of sprayed tiles (some of it inches wide)

Photo below is how the wall directly opposite the bathroom has been left.

A sample of how the hub of the shower has been painted

An example of the quality of the spray. I will be contacting the company's head office first thing tomorrow. It certainly has been left looking a mess.

Chunk of paint taken off when finalising job yesterday, so they covered it with caulking
