Help with Tiles around the pool

We are building a new pool and need some advise to the tiling/coping. Really love to have a seamless tile look around the pool. Less grout and a square edge coping (20mm) I know people have used normal porcelain outdoor tiles that can have a coping. Really love to have bigger tiles (800's) however I have been advised porcelain tiles may not have the longevity in the pool water and if they have a really rough surface can stain easily? Also interested in Granite tiles in 800's but can take 3 months to order and have to be custom made. May even consider Bluestone. We have a wooden deck and I feel a light colour tile would go against it nicely. Have attached an image of what I like but not sure what they used. We would probably use the same amount of tiling. Any suggestions or past experiences.?
Thank you in advance
