That is a hard one with those tiles. I would have to think if you did a white, it would kind of work with the colour of your tiles. At the end of the day, they do need to be replaces, but as you said, due to budgeting reasons, you cannot, I can pass on this photo of a nice bathroom with those tiles for you though for inspiration... : )

If you live in a small apartment, or you can see both sets of cabinetwork together from a hallway, or another room, then matching them would be a good idea for visual consistancy. In a smaller home it is always a good idea to limit the number of materials and colours in your pallete to avoid it looking busy. Chose materials and colours that will work well in both spaces. Just because something works well in one room, it doesn't mean that it will automatically work as well in the other room due to different light (and windows). If you live in a larger home, and there is no visual link between the two rooms then there is no need to use the same materials and colours. Hi Alex and Christie, I am installing a kitchen this week using a product I have used before and that I really like. It's Mirostone - a 100% acrylic product which feels and looks just like the reconstituted stone - it even feels cold like stone - yet it's much cheaper than any reconstituted stone I have found. Being 100% acrylic it's not porous which also means it's very hygienic. It's resilient to marks and staining so will be good for rolling out pastry dough. However, it should be treated with care like any benchtop and a chopping board or hot surface board used when required. Marks and stains can be easily sand-papered away - that's right, sandpaper - but because the stone colour goes through to the base, you aren't left with a discoloured patch. It only comes in 7 colours from white to grey, but it's a really nice product. I believe it is available Australia-wide from the distributors in Adelaide (where I am based). Good luck. with a wall cabinet almost 4 m wide i would expect to have at least 9 doors each over 440mm wide?? and with only 3 doors or even three pairs of doors you would have to step backwards to open the doors and they're much too wide and heavy ...how deep is the vanity below the wall cabinet and is the wall cabinet recessed into the wall or wall mounted?... do you need this much wall storage for medicines and toiletries? combined with storage in the vanity an average wall cabinet 1200 wide (with three doors) should be more than enough for the usual collection for one person ...consider a recessed wall cabinet say 2400 wide with six doors and the balance of the wall with fixed mirrors ..you need to talk to the builder and/or cabinet maker to decide what suits your needs
