Lovely print. I had a peacock feather print and I had a colour called glacier Grey behind. Think it was Wattyl . Again like your other walls it is a greenish grey but darker. I also had my prints on a charcoal wall..loved that too. As you said the picture ties in with the chairs and now it's not necessary to add more matching colours. I'd buy a couple of sample pots and paint large pieces of cardboard. With the other walls I would consider painting them in whisper white (Dulux) a very universal colour that ties in nicely with all colours.

Before deciding on a colour, don't forget to consider your kitchen cabinetry, benchtop, splashback, etc (and dining furniture)... for example, if you have a classic hamptons (farmer style) kitchen (and furniture) then don't discount a warm white for the walls... it won't look clinical as the warmth will come from the kitchen cabinetry, etc and dining furniture, e.g. But if you have a "hamptons inspired" look with a slightly more contemporary kitchen cabinetry (and furniture), then in my opinion (all nice options above but a bit too beige'ish for me) so I would suggest a light shade of a warm grey e.g. Whichever way you decide to go, try to narrow it down to 2-3 colours, get the small pot samples and paint each one on all the applicable walls as they will all look different at different angles depending on how they reflect natural daylight and the lights at night time... then you may be able to make a clearer decision. I've just been looking at your colours, I think the Dulux Dieskau would work the best with the other colours you have to work with, choosing colours is such a personal thing and I know it can be really hard to choose and hope you make the correct choice. Oskuee is right, a paint job can look terrible half way through so you need to make sure you finish to get the proper look of colour. But the biggest thing to remember is it's only paint and it's the cheapest thing to change so if your not happy with the colour you choose you can always try something else. Happy redecorating :)

The key to ensuring your feature wall colour works within the context of your interior colour scheme is to marry the selected colour in elsewhere. In other words, simply selecting a colour that you like without it being relative to anything else in the room (artwork, lighting, kitchen finishes etc.) will make it stand out as an odd choice. So, before you decide on the colour for your feature wall, consider all other elements within the space - your black kitchen, concrete bench tops (maybe a shade or two darker than your concrete tops might be nice?), your flooring, furniture colour, cushions etc. and work with these. Draw inspiration from these elements. A nice way to introduce a feature colour would also be pendant lighting within your Kitchen - your black & concrete combination is a perfect background for some dramatic pendant lights to become the focus in here, rather than a painted feature wall. If you like the idea of rusted paint, consider installing copper pendants or if you prefer a more 'organic' feel - consider timber pendants. Either combination would look fantastic! Good luck.
