hydronic heating advice

I’m building my dream home at the moment. The builders have got the frame up and it’s looking amazing. We’ve decided to go for hydronic radiator heating (not underfloor - no slab) as we live in a fairly cold part of the world and warmth is important to us. We have an open plan living/dining/kitchen that has a raked ceiling up to almost 4m high. Should we be installing ceiling fans in this room to push the hot air down? Or will the radiators keep the room warm enough?
