From roof, windows, paint brick or not paint brick.

Not just do a door or suggest a roof colour.

Its a poor old eighties girl. What professional does this kind of colour help?

I wouldn't paint the bricks -- the only 2 real options you have are grey ( which has been done to death IMO , so avoid ) , and white which looks tacky , again my opinion . Besides , there's nothing really wrong with the bricks and/or their colour -- they are reasonably modern . Render would spoil the lines too -- it would be trying to look like something it isn't !

It looks warm and tropical , and I like the existing colour choices , with 3 additions -- do the roof in a lighter Surfmist or similar , do the upper wall in a warm off-white , and add some colour , but in the garden -- I'd get a couple of large warm ( red/orange/yellow ) pots , and have red leaved plants , cactuses , yellow flaxes , brown grasses , some with 'desert' toned flowers . I love coloured doors too , but in this case , your house wants to blend in rather than stand out , so unless you are an extrovert personality , maybe stick with the 2 existing white doors , or maybe do them both in a mid Apricot or similar ?

I really like surfmist. Would you paint garage door and gutters the same?

So not an extrovert personality! But can be brave with a spash of colour, just not "bitsy".

But house feels a bit somber for Gold Coast at present.

I was going to suggest a wider angle picture , and without seeing the rest of the house , I'm just guessing . Having said that , Surfmist for the roof , garage door , even your entrance door would probably work , and lighten the overall look too -- I think at present its okay on sunny days , but fairly dark on cloudy ones !

And again just guessing , but often houses of this era and colours have brown fences ( which I dislike with a vengence ! ) -- charcoal is dark , of course , but it would probably work with lighter surfmist highlights , and make the whole place look more modern . Even better would be charcoal posts and surfmist panels , but I'm guessing its more likely wooden ?

You can see all the downpipes have been picked out in cream. Bit scary.

The paint is much creamier than shown.

Know its dated but I like the house, just want to make it the best it can be.

As I have to do the roof, its the right time to pull it together.

Limited budget, so paint and roof will be about it.
