Hi all. We will be knocking down the existing laundry in our unit to get more space in the kitchen. We have obtained a certificate from a structural engineer and we are good to go. Initially I wanted the laundry to be hidden in a built in with sliding doors. However if built like this the built in will close half of the window, something I don't really like. I thought of removing the sink entirely, or leaving it visible and making the sink built in a bench kitchen cabinet while the washing machine and the brooms are in tall cabinet, but I would prefer if the sink is hidden. The plumbing is un the corner on the side next to the window. Dimensions approximately 2.5m length 60 cm deep. Please share your ideas how to design this. Thanks
