I would stick with urban grey on the render. It will become the body of the exterior, and is neutral enough for living spaces not to feel to risky, bit still feel contemporary. Landscape against it will become the feature outdoors. Monument for colourbond as in gutters and fascia? Yes, as it will be the closest colourbond colour to the klavier used on the front ga de, and as they won't be seen at he same time, it is a best fit scenario. Although, I do not recommend it as a roof colour, and perhaps it isn't available in roofing anyway. This is because of the heat absorption. As it is low pitched but somewhat visible, I would go with a horizon colour, not introducing another one, rather just a construction tone, so for me either galvanized. So it remains a structural material rather than a fashion statement, or if you want something more polished, then I would go surf mist. The roof will disappear in this colour and blend into the sky, after all, the actual building from ground level will be all you see, and the roof will only be visible in relation to the building from a far. Neighbours will appreciate the unobtrusiveness of the surf mist, but you will save on energy costs Also. But of course, it is just an opinion, but one I'd be happy to stand behind for my own home. You can get any colour paint you like in any strength - 1/4, 1/2, 3/4 or full - its only a colour, so they will mix it to your request. Have you made yourselves a colour board? if not, you will need to get all your selection colours together and then go to bunnings or a paint shop and get some sample pots of the colours you are debating. (yes it will cost to get sample pots, but seriously you need to do it - and get the varying strengths in the same colour as well). If you are worried about the render colour marking, go the 1/2 strength on the render and 1/4 on the mouldings. Your Wow factor will come with your varying textures - brickwork/render and trims/timber doors, and the wrought iron. I'm guessing you have exterior lighting? some beautiful exterior lights will be the icing on the cake.

@jactheshe, it would be very hard to imagine. Even digital photos of the colours together can look so different. And depending on how your house is situated & how the light plays on it, that changes things again. I was looking at a picture online of a house using woodland grey with colorbond dune. The dune colour looked completely different to the colour card on the charts. If you have some large lightweight boards around, I suggest painting them out with colours you're considering. Or getting a large sheet of foam core from office supplies or sign companies and using that. It would be light enough to attach temporarily on the facade & give a better idea of which colour works. That way the angle how the light hits the colour is accurate.

Hi. Both tiles are beautiful. Top one shows more character due to its darker hue. I guess for me, I would look at aesthetics and quality manufacturing foremost, then practicality for the reasons already mentioned by others. If the area you are tiling is huge and will require a great deal more of your time to clean and maintain, then I can see going with the darker tile. If the area is rather small, and you absolutely love the lighter tile, then perhaps you will be happier following your heart. It's no good having regrets, so think it through and keep looking if you have additional time before you must choose. May I ask the size of the tiles? I'm guessing they are 900x900. ?? Also, will you be tiling your bathroom(s), and if so, do you mind sharing your choice there?
