Roof, gutters and beams paint colours

Hey everyone,
We are having our roof resealed and painted and would love some help deciding on colours for the roof, gutters and wooden beams.
I have attached one photo that was an attempt with an app that got too difficult to use and it is probably a little darker than we want.
Any ideas much appreciated

Try any of these. You have dark window frames and they look good against the brick. I would prefer for a solar passive solution for you to have Colorbond shale grey or similar for your roof tiles. And the trim everywhere else in Dulux Ticking. But it depends where you live in Australia to whether you have extensive days of hot sun.

The stone is from YDL Stone called Kalala Shan. I wanted caesarstone calacatta nuvo but that would have broken the bank! This one still has that marble look I wanted but it's actually a warm base more off white, goes well with wood and the trouble I am having is which grey to put it with in the bathrooms! I was thinking light grey with off white...where did you get your tile from?

Beautiful view Jane, gosh you're on the side of a mountain no? Yes if left natural the cedar will weather to grey but to me that looks weathered & dry & possibly not in keeping with your house style. I still like the red door & think the cedar weatherboards look to be in good condition. I would start by painting the gutter & fascia in the graphite, then the pergola as well & lose the cinder if that is the light colour. Funny thing, I live in a pole home too but without your amazing views!

consider very dark walls like navy, dark grey, rich caramel or deep rust colours with eaves and fascias white, downpipes same as walls and gutters a mid range colour to match the dark walls (btw some new paints are supposed to have heat reflecting qualities even in the darker colours)

Cream always looks good with green, maintain the same green for windows & door. Having said that you can choose any colour by repainting the gutters & fascia etc. Get lots of colour swatches & hold them up to the roof (from a distance) to see what looks best to you. Then get some sample pots & paint so you get the proper effect of the end result. Look around at other painted homes & magazines etc, to get an idea of what you really like.

I’d be looking for a colour that is a couple of shades darker than the mortar in the bricks to tie them in. Similar to Kate’s first example.
