Hi All
i am wondering if it is reasonable to think I could renovate a double brick home for $150k. We got really lucky and the floor plan is perfect how it is, except the removal of one small wall in the dining area. Renovation would just be to make it liveable:
New floors - my partner can do floor board installation.
New ceilings
Fresh paint/render on internal walls
New electrical wiring
Fix any issues with plumbing
Possibly new roof although doesn’t appear to need one.
Leave kitchen and bathroom as is and exterior on house is fine as is.
I would also have someone check house foundations to fix some cracking.
