Hi Katie, this is your home, so do what feels good to you, regardless of any advice you receive, but here’s my two cents. In the interest of reducing the number of different timbers, I’d paint (or replace with metal) your shelves and the stools and consider painting or staining the trim. Then see if you can find a commonality between the cedar and bamboo. Perhaps undertone or hue (look to colour charts and colour theory for ideas). Then take a few different floor samples that share or can bridge that common factor. Mixing timbers, like mixing metals, isn’t easy but it is doable. I would blend you timber floors with the same colour as your window frames.

The floor is a very large surface and what you choose will become the dominant wood tone colour in your house. I don’t mind the tones of the current flooring. On its own it would be too orange but it works with both the bench and the windows. As above the shelves and stools can be changed out if needed but Im assuming that the bench and windows are staying so the wood needs to work with those.

IMHO Your house looks good now with colours that you have (except maybe the beige rug), so may just choose a hybrid or vinyl flooring that has similar depth of colour to your current flooring but with less orange in it. Some of the vinyl/hybrid floors have the timber look that has both light and darker colours in it. I think it will look great. Don't worry about it being too much timber. If I had to be picky, you could perhaps stain the shelves just a little bit darker if possible. Otherwise they are fine. Also, as suggested you may wish to choose a black metal stool, but they are both things to reassess once the floor is down. I think it looks great when people are able to successfully combine different shades of timber in a space. I don't think you could choose grey or blonde timber flooring though. Re hybrid and vinyl, the guys in the floor shops that I have visited, all seem to think that the vinyl is the best. However, apparently some cheaper vinyls can shrink and leave bigger gaps between the planks glued down. I believe the vinyl is less forgiving with respect to what it is being laid on..ie. because it is glued onto the existing floor, any bumps or imperfections in existing floor will show through. I have heard it is harder to walk on. The hybrid, from what I have been told, may be harder to replace one section if it gets damaged (I have been given conflicting advice on that, so not sure. The hybrid needs either the skirting board or the strips that the floor shops put around the edges of it, to account for expansion. It comes down to personal taste. Have you done a comparison on pricing on vinyl and hybrid? I am just starting the process after ripping up carpet.

As mentioned above the colour palate you have is great already, I agree that matching the window timber would be a good idea and yes the floor area will be the new dominant wood colour with what ever choice you make. I'd go for a hybrid timber floor over a vinyl, from experience it's a better product. P.s you certainly don't have to much timber you have a good balance. Best of luck with you choice.
