hi we have about six months ago now, re done our bath room , similar size to yours, and , i can take some photos and email them to you , we have maximised space, and walls , put in a white stone bath under the window , it is a metre in width , with a cool water spout coming off the centre under the window we pu t afalse ledge in to sit , candles etc on , , we tiles floor to ceiling, off white , wall mirror cabnit with three mirrors , inset into the wall so its only sits out a we bit from the wall tiles , floating bath room vanity , so that it makes the floor space look bigger , . matching stone square basin sits ontop of the vanity to one side so plenty of room to sit all your bath room stuff when need be , seperate shower all tiled as well , with inset , shelves for shampoo etc, also , when you open the bath room door and walk in when you close the bath room door behind it next to the shower is a very narrow floor to ceiling shelvec for towels, now the hole is there we jaust havent got the shelves put in yet. , we gt loads of comments as the bth room dosent look small evn though it is , , most expensive item the sqwat extra wide stone bath , made to order basin / tap ware and shower spray thing ,oh and the white stone vanity which we had made to order as well , due to the sizing .

Dear Carol, sorry it took me a while to write back - I have been away a bit lately. Yes the reno cost on this particular project was fairly high. To do something high end in a 3 bedroom unit you may need about $500,000.00 for kitchen, bathroom, laundry, custom cabinetry through out, new flooring, painting, furniture, window coverings etc. This renovation was absolutely everything. Hi Liz. Thank you for getting in touch and I am glad you like the design. It was a risk putting pale upholstery on the bench seating, but the fabric is scotch guarded and the owners have had little problem with the fabric. The fabric can be laundered, however to remain in shape and to retain its quality, it is best to be dry cleaned, which the owners were happy to do if and when needed. I don't have photos of the remainder of the room available at this time, however the opposite side of the room features built in wardrobes along the wall and a bed. Essentially in the middle of the room is a large rug and some large flat cushions offering plenty of room for the child to play with his toys. I hope this information helps. Like others , I absolutely love the colours , the rounded cabinet and mirrored wall unit , but the square tiles and subways meeting in that corner distracts from the beauty of the niche . You say the client fell in love with the square tiles -- I can understand that , but I'd suggest doing a row or two of them around those 2 walls ( maybe just below the height of the niche ) would have made it look like it was planned -- right now it basically looks like someone under-ordered tiles , so had to do the next wall in a different one . In fact , it's slightly worse than that , because one goes to the floor , the other stops 600mm above it and is white below , and us OCD people don't like that haha !
