A large mirror above the hall console will add some light and is always a good idea in an entry so that guests can check/fix their appearance if the weather was bad on the way to your home. A light coloured entry floor rug would help lighten the area and also catch any small stuff on shoes that may scratch your beautiful timber floors. You could install an attractive glass pendant light on the far left as you enter or alternatively sconces either side of the mirror or a table lamp could be placed on the console table. Once the mirror is in place you can decide if you need a bright large piece of art for the opposite wall which will be reflected in the mirror.

Its funny how we have different tastes -- I love art , but I think the wallpaper is too 'arty' , if that makes sense . Wallpaper with larger leaves I like ( probably moreso in an entrance or bedroom , but it would work here ) but that particular design doesn't gel with me -- if the wallpaper design was an art print say 1200 x 900 in a white frame , against say a light green wall, even a 50's mint tinge , would look great in my opinion , but anyway . . . . . . . . . And again just personal preferences , I actually like the 'before' kitchen as it was , especially the mix of wood/white/led on the bench , and the industrial lights -- the new light is too fiddly for my taste . The white tiles are an improvement , and maybe I'm lazy haha , but that would have been the only change I would have done -- actually , to be honest , with that wallpaper , I would have been at least as likely to have gone with emerald green tiles / splashback to reference the wallpaper , rather than effectively the 2 colouir zones you have now . Yes , I'm probably weird .

I think  wallpaper mural style or otherwise is a really bad idea on this wall.  It's already a very busy space and tv on a busy background will make it worse.  The fact you don't know where to finish it tells you this is a wall where it won't suit.  Save your money.

Two comments -- I like your kitchen , and even I don't think its boring ! I bore very easily with white haha ( so I'm bored often ) . Firstly though , maybe 1 coloured appliance would make a difference -- it looks like you like green , and it also looks like you have a toaster there . So maybe get a green and chrome 'designer' toaster ( around $100 ) -- functional but adds interest cheaply , especially if you add plants ( greenery ) . And secondly -- others have said about doing all that whole wall in wallpaper ( if wallpapering ) -- I disagree -- I'd do a narrow moulding ( maybe 30 x 8mm ) up from where the tiles end , up to the ceiling -- it looks like it would line up with the edge of that dropped down bit . Paint the moulding stark white . Make the wallpaper ( and therfore the kitchen ) visually different to the dining or lounge area IMO by only doing the kitchen . It also means you don't need to keep the same colour scheme through the next room if you don't want to .
