Euromaid Induction Cooktop Installation

KKA4Eddie
last year

Hi everyone, our family need help here. Hopefully there is some induction cooktop installation specialist can have a look. I've bought a Euromaid induction cooktop six months ago and only been started using it four months ago. Our family use the cooktop daily with care. Last Thursday, when I was using the cooktop, it trip the switchboard. This is the 1st time ever in the last 4 months. Since then, everytime we use any of its burner, it trip the switchboard straight away. Since its under warranty, I've rang their Euromaid Glen Dimplex aftersales line. They've been extremely unhelpful and rude. They kept trying to blame the installer now install it correctly. Now please see photos. They said there is a 5mm ventilation gap missing. Therefore, they won't make the service call and unwilling to send technician to our place. I've rang my installer straight away. The installer said he's done nothing wrong. He has also consulted an electrician, also a kitchen cabinet shop owner. They all said the installation got nothing wrong.

So we are in some very hopeless situation. We have two 80 years old plus living in the house and we desperately need Euromaid to honour their warranty. Can anyone here tell us which part we install it wrong? So at the very least, I can get our installer to fix it. Trust me, I've asked Euromaid the question, they simply asked me to read the instruction manual (also attached). Euromaid refuse to help with horriable attitude. Anyway, we really need help and seeking for some experienced people advise on our installation wrong doing. The best is, if you can attached a picture with similar to our kitchen set up so we could understand more. Thanks sincerely.
