agree with the above keeping fixtures in the same position saves a lot of extra work and money, Mirrored shaving cabinets across to the shower glass panel. A narrow floating vanity with a bench top that continues across to the shower beneath the wall cabinets, should give you good storage. A new slim line toilet bowel that covers plumbing back to the wall A single glass panel for the shower space, which is now the full width of the bathroom, leaving towel rails in the same position, The window could have a plain shower curtain that pulls back to the towel rail, a water proof roller blind (which we have) or the small glass partition as suggested cheers

Hi Houzzers You have all been so kind with your design advice, and helped us come up with this design. I think we are nearly there, and are pretty happy with the result...we still ended up with the door into bedroom from hall....but think it will be ok.....may swing the door the other way...will put doors on bathroom and sitting(not shown) I like the 2 dressing areas we have created either side of our wardrobes, and the seperate toilet. Very happy for any other input on this design before we send it off to the builder!

Just as a matter of interest , which parts have you painted white ? A photo would be good haha . I hate painted driveways -- I think they look artifical and tacky , they can peel and look even worse -- I can't think of a positive personally . I'd waterblast or chemical clean ( DIY or get a pro ) and even if not perfect , it has character ! When that 'character' turns to cracks and weeds growing through and puddles then you dig up and re-do , or resurface in some cases , but I'm not a fan of resurfacing either . In other words , I think the driveway isn't too bad -- I could even live with the existing tiles if all the feature fittings were white . Yes , I know , they are slippery and you say cracked -- the bits I can see they look like they'd last a couple more years ? To me , I'd be more inclined to change the garage doors ( or paint if tidy enough ) before I did those tiles , but you know their condition , and your priorities and budget .
