If that is to scale , it looks a bit crowded to me -- not just the butlers pantry .

Without knowing about the plumbing , or the floor ( is it a groundlevel concrete slab , wooden on stumps , etc ? ) etc -- I actually wonder about turning the whole kitchen and dining 90 degrees ?

Have 'half' the kitchen along the left side wall ( I did see the window seat noted there , but it isn't on the existing drawing , so I'm assuming that is being added ? ) with maybe an island and even bar combined , so the cook gets a view across the dining and most of the new lounge ? ) .

That would give a better layout IMO , with space to get chairs in and out without cluttering each other , better lines of sight , etc -- but without more info , it may not be suitable -- just a thought though .

I don’t mind the layout. I’m concerned over your furniture and if you have enough room. It looks like both of your new sets of siding doors will only be accessible by turning sideways and shimmying past the dining chairs or the occasional chairs. You need to do an accurate mock-up on paper of actual sizes.

If you are a cook, a pantry is a necessity for storing bakeware, serving dishes, food stuff, and mess. I find pantry cupboards cumbersome to work with, deep shelves with everything being lost at the back. Storage is valuable real estate in a kitchen

I think it looks great. My friend has similar layout and works well. Reduce island to 900 depth. It is the right depth for cleaning from one side and will give a bit more walking space
