I would suggest getting your cabinetmaker to custom make one. I have never seen one available, but if it was it probably would be the wrong height, width, or proportion for your needs. You may want to consider the additional work the tiler will need to do if the wall behind the shaving cabinet is tiled. I can't imagine any tiler being able to easily do a neat job of trimming tiles to butt up against an oval shape. Looks like I'll be going with the flick tap, offset at 2pm to the right of the round vessel basin, mounted in the centre of the top of the vanity (not semi-recessed). Any thoughts on whether the vessel basin should be bang in the middle, or offset to the left slightly to balance the tap being on the right?

If the hexagon tiles are to be the feature then the wall tiles should not draw attention to themselves. I would go with stacked horizontal as this will make the small room seem wider and it will be a simple grout pattern that won't try and compete with the hexagon mosaic.
