The link you provide for the epoxy flooring goes to a DIY tutorial for a Quickcrete flake broadcast floor. This is a metallic epoxy floor. Not necessarily a DIY project, as it is a bit more complex than the system shown in the link you provide. Beautiful garage though!

There are several manufacturers that make metallic epoxy systems and each would vary. Without knowing which system was used it would be tough to provide a universal link.
Designer epoxy systems are a poured in place and colored to desire resin flooring systems that can be made to look many different ways depending on the skills of the Artisan.
