This is a family house renovation project. Our task was to develop a design that can be implemented in a month and at the same time get a modern and quiet family nest.

Panoramic were commissioned to deliver a full turn-key refurbishment, tailoring the property to suit the Client’s lifestyle and daily routine. With a traditional contemporary aesthetic, each space flows seamlessly into the next, maintaining a consistent sense of luxury and comfort throughout the home. The basement was transformed into a dedicated entertainment suite, featuring a darker, moodier palette that contrasts with the lighter tones of the upper floors, adding depth and character to the overall design.

Notre agence d’architecture d’intérieur à Rennes a pris en charge la transformation d’une maison ancienne, avec pour objectif d’apporter plus de chaleur et de luminosité à l’espace tout en lui insufflant une touche de caractère et d’authenticité. Le projet met en valeur un style unique en jouant avec des matériaux comme le terrazzo coloré, le bois chaleureux et des motifs géométriques. Chaque pièce bénéficie d’une atmosphère personnalisée : une salle de bain harmonieuse avec des accents dorés et une mosaïque raffinée, une entrée accueillante au sol en terrazzo bleu contrastant avec des meubles en bois, et un escalier magnifié par un papier peint fleuri aux nuances profondes.
