This is the exterior of our 2018 Dream Home located in Westlake, Texas in the DFW Metro. We did a contemporary mediterranean style for the exterior using black steel and glass windows along with skinny, black sconces. Gutters: Dark Bronze.

This 1960s Ranch was taken from it's original red/yellow brick and painted a light grey tan color. I added a new roof and the red/maroon bleached out shutters were changed out for stained board and batten shutters. I also added a new garage door with accent pieces, exterior lighting was changed out and I extended the original front porch out by an additional 4 feet making it a true sitting porch. We also put in a tree swing in front to show the tranquility of the home and neighborhood and give the home a new young feel since the neighborhood was becoming a new hub for first time buyers with children. These sails where added to this outdoor seating area located on the Miami River to provide shade and allow the area to be used in the summer afternoon Sun.

A gracefully contemporary designed sofa, this modern sectional gives emphasis to expediency and functionality. Serving two purposes is the big leveled armrest on one side of the sofa as it can also be utilized as a table for your other items. Parking and patio areas were competing for prominence which left our homeowner with no privacy from the street. This planting berm baffles the view of the parking area and the street which allows you to sink into greenery and grasses.
