“What a great South Australian business. I would so recommend Michael Fogarty Building Design to our friends and family. We have been in our beautifully extended house in Prospect for a month and a half and pinch ourselves every day that this is our home. Michael Fogarty and his team were all amazing to work with throughout the entire process of designing our extension. They were able to design a number of different floor plans for us to choose from and added a number of design aesthetics which matched our brief (to convert a tired 1929 Bungalow from a 3 Bed, 1 Lounge, 1 Bathroom house to a contemporary 4 Bed, 2 Lounge, 2 Bathroom Forever Home). They certainly achieved the brief, and we are so thankful for their expertise and insight into what a modern home should have. There are so many practical elements of our house that we look back at now and realise that having Michael and Lochie Nugent's input and advice was so invaluable in getting the house to feel and flow as beautifully as it does. The price charged for their service was quite minimal in regards to the total cost of the build however has actually turned out to be probably one of the most important aspects of why it has ended up so perfect. The aesthetics of the house look identical to the 3D Renders that Michael and his team sent to my wife and I in the early stages and the detailed plans provided to our builder made it a relatively simple build, who also did an incredible job i should add (Jarrod at Kentbuilt). Anyway, highly recommend Michael Fogarty Building Design and would have no hesitations in using them again for our next project.”

“Creative Home Renovations transformed our house from a dated 70/80's decor to a bright, spacious, modern home. All the rooms are an absolute delight, especially the relocated kitchen complete with butlers pantry. The building work included removing arches and opening up the entrance, and complete remodeling of the bathroom and laundry. Credit is due to Steve and Kristina for their design ideas and project management, and the professional, friendly tradesmen who brought those plans to fruition. What a great team.”

“We highly commend Atelier Bond. All throughout the design and building processes Atelier Bond were understanding, sympathetic to our ideas and concepts and showed intuitive intelligence in shaping these into both a truly great design and an outstanding bespoke build. By our own admission, we were very demanding clients and knew much of what we wanted. To their credit however, Atelier Bond enveloped the task and responded accordingly. The final set of architectural plans plans were expertly detailed and were a key factor in making the project less complex. As with most builds, there were numerous challenges and obstructions along the way and these were met with positive vigour and professionalism. The final outcome speaks volumes for Greg Bond's insistence and perseverance. We'd recommend Atelier Bond to anyone considering designing a high-end new build or renovation.”
