“Currently in planning stages with Jamie Shaw building. Before we made the decision to build with Jamie we checked out a heap of their work and spoke to various people who'd completed projects with them. The feedback we got back highlighted Jamie's attention to detail, the relationship he creates with his clients along the way and his professionalism. After seeing examples of his work first hand and also crunching some numbers with him. We realised that not only can Jamie compete with the larger project company's but he can have us in our home in half the time. Saving us time and money renting, paying interest on the mortgage and we end up in a master built home! “Dobsonei provided a realistic and well considered fixed price contract to renovate and extend a very dilapidated 1883 Victorian Terrace house (4 bedrooms, double garage) versus other competing quotes that were all provided on a cost plus basis only. The project was completed on schedule and with only very minimal variations added on which was remarkable considering the number of unknown factors involved in renovating a 130 year old house that had been severely neglected and even had a Council sticker warning people not to enter.”

“From the moment I met Ian from South Coast Homes I felt confident. There was no grey areas. Ian provided a cost with all the inclusions we wanted and didnt ask for another cent. When the build started the communication was excellent I always knew where they were at and what was coming up. The programming and organisation of works was outstanding. The attention to detail throughout the build was also outstanding. Ian gave me a time frame and was right on time. There inclusions are of the highest quality. South Coast Homes were an absolute pleasure to deal with and being our first house we had built we had heard a lot of nightmare stories when building a home, but Ian and his team made it very enjoyable and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to build. Now that we are moved in I cannot fault the house in any way. There are no problems.”
