“I had initially commenced searching for a builder by going to all the 'big' known builders and became so disillusioned with how they reacted to my list of requirements that I soon realised that I needed to find a small niche builder who can cater for my specific needs. This would be my 3rd home so I already knew what I wanted and what I could afford. I found the perfect builder in Create Homes. In fact I ended up forfeiting my initial deposit I had already paid to another builder so I could then commit and sign a contract with Create Homes.
