yet another option to consider for the master suite is to enlarge both wiw and open the bedroom door in the opposite direction so when the door is open you don't see the bed or into her wiw....only 50cms subtracted from the bedroom makes both wiw much more spacious but i still prefer the toilet door opening into the bathroom for direct access to the handbasins with another cavity sliding door to close the bathroom off from the bedroom and isolate the smell, sounds and steam away from the bedroom and i have to say that the shelves at the end of the pantry could be reduced in depth to allow more space for the mudroom to avoid the traffic jamb ...120mm (built into the wall cavity) is plenty of depth for storing cans, packets and bottles

Hi Kel - all projects have different scope, extent of rectification of original home, extent of new works, level of finishes, access...list goes on. That said most of our inner-city projects (alterations and additions) cost from $600-800k upwards)

The interior was very dated , and while it's obviously a very expensive property , The interior is too white for my taste , and lacking anything that has any personality . Ironically , looking at everyone elses comments , the stairs were the only bit of the before that I liked -- okay , its a nod to a bygone era , but moving the stairs and those 'modern' uprights and the like must have been $100km plus , for what isn't ( IMO ) a great view -- the pool is great , but I suspect that can't be seen from the front door , plus you already have the Wow of the courtyard , the entrance , the palm , etc -- you wait until someone is in the living area before they see the pool , the canal , the rest IMO . So while I wouldn't have left it as it was , and I personally like almost all the outside updates , I don't like a lot of the interior -- too white , too impersonal -- and then theres grey drapes !
