Anyone have any ideas? I have had a tiling job done in my new house. The tiles are white and rectified edge. After being wet the grout is grey and looks dirty (like old dirty grouting) and they stay that way. I have had the tiler look and he says he has never seen the prob before. I have another bathroom that has white grout and tiles and don't have this problem in that bathroom (but biscuit edge tiles). The tiler scraped out some of the grout and replaced it and it appears to be better, but is there an underlying problem? Will it resurface in a year or two? Should I insist the whole bathroom or shower recess is regrouted? Is it a product or a workmanship problem? The tiler has a good reputation.
