I say “no” to the table because it is just too much of the same shape as the couch and the media stand; because the top is not the bright white; because the frame is so industrial and your sofa is not that look. Consider the feet of your sofa.

Personally, I don't think the all glass table in the second photo would work, it looks way too modern to compliment your existing furniture... I would still go for a glass top table, but instead of trying to find timber legs that will match the colour of your existing timber which can prove difficult, why not go for black metal legs which will pick up the black from your rug and that nice little black side table near the window...

If you have long dinners, they are not particularly comfortable. I gave away a set years ago. Ok for quick meals.
