Add ensuite bathroom - layout advice! Big windows on one side

Hi!
We want to convert the home office area on the top floor to an ensuite bathroom. This is because the only shower/bath in the house is the ensuite on the second floor, which means everyone needs to go through the main bedroom to access the shower/bath.
When facing the windows, the right hand side of the home office is directly above the WC/bathroom on the second level.
The windows at the end of the home office makes it tricky for a small compact ensuite.
On the windows side, the width is 2m. The room itself is 6m long; ideally we want to minimise the space for the ensuite as much as practicable.
Thinking of toilet on the right hand side (when facing windows) next to the window, shower next to toilet towards the bedroom, vanity on the opposite wall towards the stairs. No bath (?). Is this doable? Any better layout suggestions please?
