I found this article very useful, in terms of informing people that they need to undertake insurance in any build or renovation and that they need to ensure they have enough cover. The idea of a lockbox for keys is a great idea as this would ensure you don't have multiple copies of keys made and lose track of who has what.

Great article, Thankyou , I was so overwhelmed with our renovations that some of these things were not covered... we were obviously very lucky that our builders looked after us !!
