How about having a box,set aside with kettle, coffee etc and which travels in marked box, ready to utilize for helpers and owners. If placed in a 'first off the truck position',it sure helps oil the wheels of getting the best from your workers.

We've not even had water and electricity connected when moving most times. Nice thought, but not necessarily practical. I wouldn't be offering a beer either as many workplaces now have zero tolerance and are allowed to do random urine tests on their employees.

How about a cooler bag with a couple of mineral waters in it and some snacks or sandwiches for both the client ( and family) and helpers?
