Hello - I'm Amelia Lee, the Undercover Architect, your secret ally in getting it right when designing, building or renovating your home - simply and with confidence. Undercover Architect operates mainly online to support homeowners (especially women) with information, advice and guidance to empower you in the journey of building or renovating. Why does Undercover Architect exist? To help homeowners like you create a home that makes your life better. Whatever your dreams, your location or your budget. With 25 years residential design experience, and being a serial renovator myself, my mission is simple: To save you time, effort, energy and money … and help you get it right. For you. I believe you deserve a home that inspires you each day as you step out into the world, and welcomes you back to comfort and restore you. My goodness. What a resource. Detailed, itemised learning modules, engaging & informative podcasts, personalised offerings in the HOME method that Amelia personally responds to. Her knowledge, how she explains things, how she structures the learning, as an educator I’ll call this out as first class. Amelia is SO committed to helping everyone, but especially “mums and dads” set and achieve realistic ambitions for their intentions in designing their home builds &/or renovations. Simply brilliant.

I started with Amelia's podcasts as my "secret ally" while doing some renovation work. After buying a block of land to build on I enrolled in the "Home Method" as a xmas gift from my family. The course is fantastic, and as a woman learning from another woman I feel very empowered, supported and uplifted in an industry dominated by men. Cannot speak highly enough of the Q&A sessions Amelia provides to course participants. Exceptional value for money, especially compared with other courses out there at the moment. I would highly recommend the podcasts and courses to anyone renovating or building.

Undercover Architect is almost essential if you are building or renovating. A clear voice and sounding board for ideas that comes from years of experience. Also useful not just for Amelia and her crew but for the great community she has established as well. Plenty of people with the same challenges and questions

Amelia is the guide by your side, helping you to navigate the complexities of the biggest project you're ever likely to create. Looking back, my naivete before finding her was frightening. I perceived a complex process as much simpler than it was, thus setting myself up for failure. That ends once you have your Secret Ally by your side.
