“I recently engaged Amelia from Undercover Architect to assist in designing a renovation of our home in Sydney. I completed a questionnaire before our meeting, she spent two hours at our home doing a walk through and discussing our brief and then prepared a very detailed report and "Vimeo" presentation including two different sets of floor plan options, all drawn to scale, including lay overs so you could see how the proposed changes related to the existing floor plan and how the second story would relate to the ground floor. It was outstanding, so impressive and so useful! The Vimeo video entailed Amelia talking through the floor plans, explaining why she designs things in certain ways, options at different design junctions - it all made so much sense and helped me understand the design process. Amelia is very driven to help clients achieve a fantastic design, she can assist with a Reno Rescue report or continue you to guide you through the design process. She was also very helpful in wanting to assist me find the right designer to continue working with us (Amelia is based in Brisbane). I received much more from Amelia than I was expecting in terms of the detail in her report and ongoing email support. She was really prompt in responding to emails and so enthusiastic about design and achieving a great outcome for our renovation. The Reno Rescue proved to be excellent value and I would recommend Amelia and her Reno Rescue service unreservedly!”

“I am so happy with my 3 coastal clotheslines. We have a large one down stairs for the laundry and 2 smaller ones up on the deck/living level for hanging beach towels and swimmers. They are quality construction and completely customised to our needs, and they look fantastic. Dave was flexible and available, he even reinstalled one when the builders uninstalled it. He was happy to work with our builders for the best installation. I really can't recommend them highly enough. For the price of 2 crappy clotheslines that would be mouldy in months and decaying in a few years, I have 3 beautiful, functional clotheslines that will last. I intend to have another installed under cover.”
