“Led by two young carpenters, Jedabuild provided us with a total building solution. We engaged them to renovate a 1920's building and we encountered several unexpected obstacles. No matter what they were faced with, they came up with a workable solution and embraced the changes with a great attitude. We were left with a fantastic result! Jeremy and Dan, and their team, take great pride in their work. They turn up when they say they will and communicate very well. We enjoy working with them, and have since used them on another project.”

“We planned a major renovation for our terrace in Paddington and Pat and his team did an excellent job executing the renovation to plan. Working hard to meet tight deadlines (the arrival of a new baby and in-laws) which is always one of the headaches with any major project. The quality of work was excellent and I have recommended P.Built to family and friends numerous times. We ultimately sold the house and one of the key selling points was the craftsmanship and creativity of the build in what’s a relatively small space. Pat went above and beyond on quality and finishes and the house was turned from a run-down terrace to an executive residence. During the build, Pat would keep us up-dated with photos which I thought was a good touch. He was also personally available to discuss concerns and help me finalise the certification and occupancy certificate that was not his responsibility in my case. While inner-city, our house was in quite a close-knit community and the neighbours would often comment on what nice guys we had working at the house. Apparently, at one point one of them brought the old lady across the street a pot plant with flowers.”

“Clive Kennedy Homes were recommended to me by another builder who was unable to undertake my project. I knew nothing about them but, from the very first conversation, they have been nothing but helpful, supportive and professional. Donna and Clive are a team. They both have exceptional knowledge of the building industry. Donna works as the project manager with exceptional attention to detail, always delivers on time and is always available to discuss anything via phone or email. Clive is the builder, with incredible experience and knowledge of building. They both have a wide network of builders and suppliers to provide the best build and materials for your project. I have no doubt that my build will go with minimal problems (and if there are any problems with will be resolved smoothly and professionally), will be built on time and on budget. “All Solutions Building has just completed our extensive under floor pole home additions on a difficult sloping block. The build consisted of a large living area, bathroom, laundry, bedroom and extensive decking. We are extremely happy with the results and all our dealings with All Solutions Building. Any issues were discussed with us and resolved to our complete satisfaction and we were advised of any additional costs along the way. Many thanks to Managing Director, Brenden Flynn for assisting us in every way throughout the process and communicating with us regularly or just anytime we had a question. It made it all so much easier for us. The team of builders and other trades working on our additions have delivered high quality results that have exceeded our expectations. We appreciate their consideration that we and our two young children continued to live at home during the build and their efforts minimised the inevitable disruption.
