“Fantastic Construction people, I like the way the price doesn't change and they work in with you. I don't know the technical stuff but some how they understood what i wanted and made it really easy to understand. Increasing the value of a home was the priority as we didn't want to move. We wanted more natural light and more space, the cost was realistic and they worked around our schedule so there was minimum disturbance. They really put themselves our for us. I would use them again perhaps in a few years to work on the patio and pool, for now the extension front and back will keep us happy.”

What an asset to the company, he is kind and friendly, not pushy at all and so helpful. Nothing is ever too much for him. And he follows up with everything. Next is the back office team in particular Nikki Lennon and Angela Black. I have asked them both so many questions and they never got irritable with me and they explained everything to me in a language I could understand. And lastly, Mark, the site supervisor, he is as friendly as the rest and phones me every week to let me know how the construction is going. (A very nice touch) My new home is on time and on budget. “We are renovating our home and have chosen to do this in stages. We have dealt with Daniel and his team for the first 2 stages and Stage 3 is now nearing completion. I think that it would be self-evident to say that if we were unhappy with Stage 1, then we would not have used Daniel for Stages 2 & 3 and with Stage 4 to complete the total rebuild of our home. We knew nothing about the selection criteria for choosing a builder. In the end it came down to a personal recommendation from a work colleague. That personal recommendation to make contact with Daniel was the best renovation decision that we made. Even more important that selecting bathroom tiles! Right from the outset, Daniel was professional, innovative, accurate and timely. Most of all, Daniel was patient. There has been any number of changes of mind over the 3 Stages, but the whole way Daniel was prepared to look to the alternatives and provide suggestions and to work within budgets without sacrificing the quality of result that we were seeking. We thought that we may have worn out our welcome with the number of revised quotes that Daniel was required to do. But once the quote was finalised, then all that we needed to do was to watch our home being transformed in front of our eyes. Daniel’s team have been fabulous with a special mention to James, as Daniel’s “right hand man”. The disruption to your life while you live in a house that is being renovated can be very tiring. Daniel’s team were very respectful that we were still in the house. They were a happy bunch of tradies and this included the contractors that Daniel engaged. There has not been one person in our home that we felt uncomfortable about them being there. Our dog (a little Tenterfield terrier) can be a handful at times, particularly when she is on the other side of the fence from where all the action was taking place. James, Riley and Taylor were all “dog friendly” tradies, and this was important to us. Each day, either Daniel or James would let us know what was happening that day and advise us of the progress towards completion. At the end of each day, Daniel’s team left the house clean, tidy and secure. Finally, the quality of the workmanship has been without fault. Each stage that has been completed required no follow up or remedial work to fix problems. There can be no doubt that our final Stage 4 will be completed by Cobb & Co Projects Pty Ltd.”
