“Led by two young carpenters, Jedabuild provided us with a total building solution. We engaged them to renovate a 1920's building and we encountered several unexpected obstacles. No matter what they were faced with, they came up with a workable solution and embraced the changes with a great attitude. We were left with a fantastic result! Jeremy and Dan, and their team, take great pride in their work. They turn up when they say they will and communicate very well. We enjoy working with them, and have since used them on another project.”

“As this was our first time building a home we took our time finding the right fit for us. Finally making the decision to build a custom home with Indie Living. We have been so happy with the whole process from start to finish. We were very involved throughout, Ben and Greg were both excellent at keeping us up to date with any progress and any changes required. Nothing felt like it was too hard and we never felt like being there was an issue. We are over the moon with the end result and moving into our brand new home has been a dream come true. “We planned a major renovation for our terrace in Paddington and Pat and his team did an excellent job executing the renovation to plan. Working hard to meet tight deadlines (the arrival of a new baby and in-laws) which is always one of the headaches with any major project. The quality of work was excellent and I have recommended P.Built to family and friends numerous times. We ultimately sold the house and one of the key selling points was the craftsmanship and creativity of the build in what’s a relatively small space. Pat went above and beyond on quality and finishes and the house was turned from a run-down terrace to an executive residence. During the build, Pat would keep us up-dated with photos which I thought was a good touch. He was also personally available to discuss concerns and help me finalise the certification and occupancy certificate that was not his responsibility in my case. While inner-city, our house was in quite a close-knit community and the neighbours would often comment on what nice guys we had working at the house. Apparently, at one point one of them brought the old lady across the street a pot plant with flowers.”

“We were introduced to our builder DACH Constructions by the designer of our building project Jay Ukalovic, and we are grateful for that introduction. We found the team at DACH to be excellent at every level. Right from day one we had clear communication with proprietors Chris and Danny and their staff either in the office or working on the project. Every step was thought through and communicated and any surprises along the way were deal with efficiently and professionally. We found that through the various stages of construction all members of the team were courteous and efficient and a pleasure to deal with. They took pride in their work and the end result was evidence of this. We are extremely pleased with the final result and have no hesitation in recommending them. We would most certainly look at using them in the future should we have another building project. Thank you to everyone involved.”

“Clive Kennedy Homes were recommended to me by another builder who was unable to undertake my project. I knew nothing about them but, from the very first conversation, they have been nothing but helpful, supportive and professional. Donna and Clive are a team. They both have exceptional knowledge of the building industry. Donna works as the project manager with exceptional attention to detail, always delivers on time and is always available to discuss anything via phone or email. Clive is the builder, with incredible experience and knowledge of building. They both have a wide network of builders and suppliers to provide the best build and materials for your project. I have no doubt that my build will go with minimal problems (and if there are any problems with will be resolved smoothly and professionally), will be built on time and on budget. Donna and Clive make a building project straight forward and it shows how much they enjoy what they do. They have made the process for me fun and rewarding. I will be using them again for my next project.”
