“I was very daunted by the task of renovating our 1920’s house, whilst still trying to maintain the classical look of the house. It was a pleasure to work with Marylou. She was professional, displayed a great sense of attention to detail and was mindful of what we wanted. She assisted us in choosing the paint colours, tiles, appliances, fabrics and soft furnishings. She facilitated the process by providing a small choice of what she felt was suitable and took me to shop for appliances and furnishings. I would highly recommend Marylou to anyone in need of refurbishing their home. We have enjoyed living in our home whilst enjoying the practical aspects, too. Bertha Shakinovsky”

“Kathy really listened to what we wanted and worked hard to find the right look that would reflect our personality, tastes and lifestyle- she "got" us. She has a great sense of space and so can straddle the divide between interior designer and architect and is also able to provide great contacts for other professionals needed for a project. She responds quickly, delivers on schedule and also passes on any trade discounts she can get- a pleasure to work with.”

“Gillian is a very approachable designer who really takes the time to learn what your style likes and dislikes are. She provides names and contacts of reliable tradies and firms, and is involved in the process all the way. It was Gillian who introduced me to the fabulous Houzz site, and together we built up a style file for the lounge area and the bathroom and powder room. She was able to liaise with the plumber so that we could understand what he meant with all the technical specs, and went around with him to make sure we were getting what we wanted when he came to measure and quote. Although we have not yet started the bathroom renovation, we have updated our kitchen dining area and it looks fantastic. I thoroughly recommend her services.”

“Juliette helped me design and furnish my house. Her impeccable and great taste, added value and character to my home. She was easy to work with and was always willing to be guided by your own tastes and budget. I had a problem with the balance of my home and she has one look at it and knew actually want to do. Even after completing my house, if she comes across anything that would work for my home she will ring and advise me. She truly has the clients interest. I would highly recommended her to anyone.”

“Remedial Building Solutions worked closely with Tracey of Bumph & Scumple design on a $300k plus project in the Norther Suburbs of Sydney in a 500 plus sm2 complete external refurbishment. Tracey's role was to liaise with client and our team, problem solve, select finishes including but not limited to tiles, channel grates, paint finishes, general aesthetics and budget assistance and forecasting for the client. Tracey has in depth Technical knowledge as well as her advanced styling and design skills. Great to work with and makes even the hardest tasks run smoothly and efficiently.”

“We have just completed our second bathroom designed and project managed by JPWK Design, and we couldn't be happier. The principal took a very thorough brief and was able to translate our vision; style preferences and budget into two beautiful contemporary spaces. Whilst both slightly different, the design, tiles format, layout and fixtures have a lovely synergy assuring they both sit beautifully in our home. The use of lighting was also a very effective feature of the design. JPWK Design clearly retains quality trades who work as a team. The build was to schedule, very un-intrusive and our home was protected and kept clean throughout the demo and build. The attention to detail, focus on practicality/quality and flexibility with the ‘unexpected’ in an older house, was very much appreciated. All our questions were answered promptly and we felt we were always listened to. The end product is two lovely bathrooms on which we get numerous compliments. I highly recommend JPWK Design if you want a true partnership; lovely contemporary concepts and a quality finish.”

“I engaged Jodie Carter to help with a refresh of my 4 bedroom home. The key objective was to utilise the small spaces I had in the most effecient way. The response to my brief was 5 star. Jodie provided design layout options to review and discuss, along with recommendations of furniture and design pieces. We focused on a front sun room, living/ dining and back play room. Jodie always went above and beyond to ensure we found the right pieces to finish each room as per her vision. Jodie is highly professional and a real joy to work with. I used Jodie again to do my daughters bedroom and the master bedroom after we completed the first round. I would highly recommend her to any one who is after a high quality and completely down to earth interior designer.”
