I love your color scheme. How did you decide on that granite? I found this website too . Perhaps those cabinets are not available here but just where you are. either way I can find something similiar. Did you have any issues with ordering..getting parts.. assemely? Do you have any helpful tips for designing ? Did you actually hang them yourself? Is there anything about the cabinets that you find defective or insufficient or think could be better? White and cream can work together and it is a great idea to paint all your trim white to freshen and lighten your room. Whether your cream blinds look dirty if you paint the trim white will really depend on the cream tone/shade of your blinds and possibly the material they are made from. Remember the colours will look different of an evening under artificial lights than they do during the day under natural light. We have uPVC white window frames with classic cream architraves. I recently purchased some block out roller blinds and spent hours agonising over whether to match the windows or the trim so I understand your dilemma. I ended up matching the white of the windows because we wanted the blinds to 'disappear' when they are opened. Have attached a pic to show the white windows with classic cream trim fyi....

I don’t know whether you have done your painting or not but with your dark furniture and existing windows I would paint walls light warm grey and 150% strength same grey colour on the architrave .something different and grey , yellow and brown look good together.

The back of the house you've nailed it -- all windows in the charcoal . Do the pergoda in a similar stain , and it's done . The front though -- you say the roof is Manor Red -- it looks like a fading brown to me ? Might be the photo , but I would go redder there -- it looks in that picture that it will need doing soon ? The one area I would concentrate on though is that gable ! I'd do all the upright boards and the surrounding boards in a really crisp white , and leave the infill in primrose or beige . Subtle but it will lift it . You then have the option of leaving the windows as they are , or going all black / charcoal / monument -- the latter would look more modern , but i don't think that would be the best look for the house -- I'd leave them as they are and embrace the period .
