We are looking at building a new house on our block and would love feedback on our concept plans. I've uploaded the plans to an idea book at the following link (apologies I'd rather not upload them directly into this post)

We are located in Sydney with a north facing rear yard.

The block slopes across the block so that the garage is underneath the house to the east and the "ground" floor is level at the west.

Our neighbours both east and west have two storey dwellings with the western neighbour overlooking our property.

We are a family of 4 with two girls aged 5 and 1.

With aging
grandparents (some of whom are interstate) we are keen to provide a
guest room with adjacent bathroom that allows for walking aids or
wheelchair access should that be required.
